ANSWER: GRABB-A-SPLIFF is the brainchild of artist and stylist SauceyAir in collaboration with Alexandre & Associates to bring you creative, innovative, and intelligent design on apparel and everyday products you know.

 

QUESTION: WHAT IS GRABBA?

ANSWER: GRABBA is our 100% all-natural, organic tobacco leaf grown in the River Valleys of Connecticut in high quality pesticide free soil. The leaves are grown until ripen and mature, to have a rich and distinct taste. Next, our leaves are cured by fire to remove any unwanted particles and dried by the sun. Lastly, our leaves are hand crushed and packaged with care.

 

QUESTION: IS THERE FEDERAL TAXES ON TOBACCO?

ANSWER: Our Whole-Leaf Tobacco or GRABBA is a raw agricultural commodity. It is NOT A TOBACCO PRODUCT, NOR IS IT PROCESSED TOBACCO. Tobacco with stem is not taxable as roll-your-own, pipe, or any other form of processed tobacco. Please note, state laws vary state to state.

 

QUESTION: HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

ANSWER:  All orders are sanitarily and carefully packaged. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. 

 

QUESTION: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

ANSWER: We ship all over the world. U.S orders take up to 7 days for delivery. International orders typically take 2-3 weeks but may take longer depending on your country’s postal system.

 

QUESTION: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

ANSWER: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as Paypal.

 

QUESTION: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

ANSWER: If your order seems to be taking unusually long or you would like to track it, reach us via the contact page and we'll be happy to send over the tracking information.

 

QUESTION: REFUNDS/RETURNS?

ANSWER: We do not offer refunds on orders once the order has shipped. If your order doesn't arrive, please let us know and we'll work something out. If your order comes damaged, please send over a picture of the damage and we’ll be sure to send you a replacement.
